bilang aja akun anda di hack. sertakan bukti pembayaran dari godaddy. cepet koq balesannya. minta reset pass ke emel ente. trus kalo misal entar domain dah berpindah tangan. bisa koq di balikin asal buktinya ada. emel aja ke undo nya godaddy.

 

bro, ane nga jago english bisa dikasih contohnya gmana?? trus bukti pembayarannya nanti diforward ato gmana?? terus itu buktinya salah satu domain ato semua domain bro??

 

Banyak amat gan domain nya, mudah2 an bisa cepat kembali gan, ane bantu doa aja

sementara ane uda contact ke support sama undo godaddy tp buktinya ane cuma pake forward salah satu order domain ane ..klo gitu gmana ?? apa perlu dtambah lg ?? add ym bro vento_palu

 

pernah kena kasus kyk gini juga...sptnya yg rawan dari kasus ini adalah krn email phising deh...bener kata mas "mawarkuning" mendingan siapin dokumen2 yg berhubungan dengan whois yg dipake dolo..moga aja whois gak diisi ngasal...hehe

Step pertama mungkin inventarisir domain yg di akun, trs email ke undo dan support godaddy, minta agar domain2 tsb dibekukan (jgn sampe di pindah2 tangan dolo). Klo pengin cepet bisa pake telp lgs ke godaddy support.
