  If you make use of a Supply-Side Platform (ad servers, yield managers, etc.) for ad optimization and you're receiving rejected ad request errors with their URLs, please contact the Supply-Side Platform to determine the best way to ensure that the correct site information is passed in your ad requests.

dari pengamatan saya kasus yg terjadi pada saya diatas adalah unit iklan saya diambil oleh orang dan dipasang di web mereka tanpa sepengetahuan saya.
diketerangan dari google juga ada alamat webnya, tapi ketika saya buka jadi error kek gini

makanya google suruh memperbaiki halaman web itu agar iklan ,muncul lagi.

pertanyaannya kan itu bukan web punya saya, trus gimana donk.
kok maen ambil iklan punya saya trus dipasang di blog dia. (coba kalau situs judi ato porno, bisa kena banned kita, padahal kan bukan kita yang masang)
